This is an authentic Native American Navajo dream catcher and medicine wheel. This is an actual Native medicine wheel made by the Navajo Indians of the southwest United States. It is completely wrapped in leather with metal coned prayer feathers on leather thong.

In the center of the dream catcher is a hair pipe medicine wheel with the four-cardinal directions of earth, sacred in American Indian beliefs. On each side of the medicine wheel is a leather fringed medicine bag made of soft deer skin and horsehair whip.
