Southwest Style Saucer Basket 9" (a52)

This southwest style hand woven basket in the shape of a saucer is perfect for potted plants. The technique of basket making using the coil method is generations old. Handed down thru each passing generation, the art is preserved.

The Hopi pueblo Indians were famous for baskets woven in this fashion that were so tight that they could hold water. Native baskets are popular for southwestern decorating as well as western decor.
