Description
This is a unique southwest Tarahumara Indian hand woven basket. This basket was made by the tarahumara Indians using fibers from the indigenous yucca plant. This Native technique of basket making is generations old. Handed down from each passing generation the art is preserved. Native American baskets are popular for southwestern decorating as well as western decor. These traditional sotol baskets are made by hand and artfully woven.
Handwoven baskets are great for cabin, lodge or log home or for your special rustic or Native American room. All of the colors seen in the baskets are natural and are artfully woven to form unique patterns.
