Cedar pow wow drums of the Tarahumara Indians are hand crafted using real wood slats of native red cedar and genuine cow hide for heavy covers and lacing.

Tarahumara Indian cedar drums are full of rustic charm and have become very popular for rustic decor and western furniture as well as drumming circles. Double sided drums may also work better than others in sweat lodge ceremonies because the thick hide and dry air inside will hold up to the humidity longer.

At home in any western ranch or southwest setting, Indian drums are also great as cabin decor or anywhere Native American style and rustic accents are appreciated. Picture is representative, wood and rawhide colors are unique to each drum.  Measures approximately 12" diameter, 10" tall.
