This vase is a high-quality piece of authentic Native American, Navajo pottery. Navajo horsehair pottery has the traditional color bands with hand etched symbols and uses real horsehair during the firing process to decorate the rustic vase. The artist throws the pieces of horsehair onto the pottery at just the right time to cause it to stick and melt into the piece. This causes a permanent application of the horsehair to the pot and yields the famous look that collectors enjoy. Each piece is unique; no two are exactly alike.

The crowning feature is a real hand-woven dreamcatcher made right into the front and back.  This Indian pottery is perfect for any southwest style, western or cabin decor. It would also make a special gift.
