This is an authentic Native American medicine spirit stick. In the Native American culture the spirit stick may be used by the medicine man for dance, meditation or healing. Created with a real fox skull with a medicine wheel displaying the four directions of earth, this stick is wrapped in real leather and features hand beading along the handle. It also has an attached medicine bag and prayer feathers. Also used as a talking stick, it was used to give each person in the circle a chance to speak with the respect of the others listening. Only the one holding the talking stick was permitted to speak. This is a fabulous hand made American Indian spirit stick reveals the rich heritage of Native Americans and was created by a Tigua Indian artist according to their tradition. It would be a great accent to drum circles or sweat lodge and would also look great as a rustic home decorating accessory for southwest Native American decor, western ranch or cabin. Measures. 25" Authentic Native American, Tribe: Tigua
