Because rawhide is a natural material that wears out, there is no guarantee as to how long it will last. Protect your investment with an extended replacement warranty.
Here is how it works:
When you purchase an optional extended warranty, if at any time during your extended warranty period your product fails, for any reason, return it to us shipping prepaid for a free replacement. Warranty replacements are a one time offer.(one per purchase) Warranty must be purchased as an option at the time of product purchase. Products returned must be received during the warranty period to be eligible.
1. Return the product including your name and address for shipping the replacement. Also include the original purchase receipt, packing list or order number so we can confirm your extended warranty period.

2. Upon receipt, we will ship you a free replacement with no shipping charges, usually within 3 to 5 days.
This is a great idea because if you forget to condition regularly or heat or even heavy use causes a problem, you get a replacement. Even if it is just age, if the rawhide splits for any reason, you get a new one.
