Our One Year 50% Replacement offer is automatically available on rawhide products and is valid for one year from the original purchase date.
If one of our rawhide shades has worn out or split and you would like to replace it with another rawhide shade, we have a plan to help. We offer replacement shades to our customers at half off the sale price for one year from the date of purchase.
The frame of the shade can be reused. Simply send it to us prepaid and we will give you a new replacement for 50% off the published "sale" price. Shipping is additional.
