  Darrin Denny & Yolanda Bia - NavajoDarrin Denny is an outstanding Navajo artist that enjoy sharing his vision of Native culture through rock paintings and carvings. Darrin lives in northern Arizona where the inspiration for his work comes from the beautiful Canyon De Chelly.
Darrin, puts great feeling into his pieces as he paints and etches the local slate rock with traditional symbols like those seen in the canyon. The canyon De Chelly is well known for its rock art pictographs of petroglyphs. In the caves and on the walls of the canyon these ancient symbols have great meaning to Native Americans. Through his etchings, Darrin brings the past and present together to create beautiful original Indian art for the modern collector and home owner.
Yolanda Bia, is a very gifted Navajo Indian jewelry designer. Using natural stones of the four corners region, she creates beautiful pieces that reflect her love for the many colors of the Canyon De Chelly where she lives. Yolanda works year round making her jewelry as both a craft to pass the time as well as being her only income source.
Years ago, she began by making chokers and expanded from there. Her favorite aspect of the work is still hand beading, she says, because it is relaxing and she enjoys the creativity. Yolanda invests her personality into each piece she creates using only the finest quality materials.
